There’s been quite a buzz about the new film October Baby, now in theaters across the nation. Surprisingly, the story of an abortion survivor’s quest for meaning and identity had the “second highest per-screen” grossing after the much anticipated Hunger Games. Rotten Tomatoes reports a 94% audience approval rating, although most of the reviews indicate the pro-life message is a “turn off.”
Nonetheless, in a sea of negative media choices, October Baby is a hopeful option with a strong pro-life message for a world so desperately in need of truth. See the film. Take your family. Invite your friends. And be reminded, as the film urges, that “Every life is beautiful.”
